From a real customer: this has been my terrible experience with this store. We bought a Maytag refrigerator ($1200.00) from them exactly two months ago. When purchasing it, I specifically asked if the appliance was only scratched and dented, and if everything was fully functional. I was assured that it was working perfectly and only had cosmetic damage. Exactly one month after purchase, the freezer started building up an excessive amount of ice, and then the refrigerator section slowly stopped working. The worst part is that it doesn’t suddenly break — it slowly loses temperature, so by the time you realize there’s a problem, all your groceries are ruined. I lost around $300 worth of groceries the first time. The store told us to contact Maytag directly because of the manufacturer warranty. We did. The technician came, diagnosed a faulty sensor, and told us to unplug the refrigerator. Once unplugged, all the built-up ice melted onto my wood floors, causing water damage and staining. We had to pull the refrigerator out, dry everything, and deal with a huge mess in the kitchen. The sensor was replaced, and we thought the issue was fixed. Today — exactly one month later — the SAME problem is happening again. Excessive ice buildup in the freezer, refrigerator section failing again, and more groceries ruined. At this point, I’ve lost at least $500 in food alone, not counting the damage to my floors and the stress of dealing with this over and over. I even purchased the extended warranty, and here I am, two months after buying this refrigerator, still WITHOUT a working fridge and waiting for another service appointment. Please don’t tell customers “it’s Maytag’s problem.” When these refrigerators are received and resold, there is already documentation about the appliance’s history and issues. This was not simply a scratched-and-dented refrigerator — this was a defective appliance being sold as functional. My honest advice: buy new. The $600–$650 I thought I was saving has already turned into a much bigger financial loss and an ongoing nightmare. Brand-new refrigerators sold through regular retailers usually do not go through this kind of repeated failure within two months. I’m sharing this because I wish someone had warned me before I made this purchase.

Horrible experience!!! Employees that work there lie to your face. Read your contract twice before signing. They will give you a price but if you don’t read you contract carefully you will be charged thousands extra. I purchased a refrigerator for 1,600 with no interest as long as it’s paid off within 6 months. The contract states if I don’t pay it within the six months I would have to pay $5,000. When I got my email to pay my first payment I noticed my purchase price changed to $1,936. I was told the finance company charges extra charges. I had asked the employees before purchasing if there were any additional fees and they replied “No”! Be careful because the one item you are purchasing from there will cost you more than brand new if you don’t read your contract. The contract is a link they send to your phone and they know people don’t read everything in the small letters.

Be careful when you are given a price check your receipt. When I was quoted and then given the total I was like whoa that jumped and he told me it was the delivery and taxes. I was like ok and never looked at the receipt until I used my invoice to call because my washer is off balance. And to this day they still have not come to balance my washer.

DJ Smith is an excellent salesman. He took the time to show us each product and explain to us everything in detail very happy with the purchase. We definitely buy from him again.

I love this place! I’ve gotten a few items from here. First I got my washer/dryer set amazing matching set. However my dryer drum did go out a few years later. Due to me probably not using the correct cycles. But then I went back when my LG refrigerator stopped cooling and I was so excited because I got the refrigerator I was eyeballing at HD. Samsung with WiFi it’s connected to my phone in my smart things app. At Appliance outlet it was like $800 less. It did have a very small hardly noticeable dent on the side. I’ll try to take a picture of the imperfection. They also delivered it And hooked it up. Great customer service. I recommend this outlet to anyone needing a good deal! Oh and they have all kinds of Stuff not just appliances. I think I saw toys and just random cool items. I want to go back!
