They were incredibly helpful front start to finish. No pushy sales, very informative, same day shipping and installation, and overall just very pleasant to work with. Even in installation, when they encountered an issue with my house that I had not taken into consideration, they helped me find a solution. I would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs.

This is our second time purchasing From this appliance center And we have been very satisfied both times. We Previously had secondhand issues and have been buying our products one at a time as they have stopped working. The places here are great and the appliances last a long time. The extra one year warranty is also great. Chen and Patrick installed my new Washer and made sure it works before they left. Everyone was very kind throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Josh provided great customer service in the store and was super patient with me as I went through the entire store about 4 times and made a careful selection. He was able to answer all questions I had! Patrick and Ray did a great job at delivery and install! I really appreciated my experience here and I will definitely be coming back for more allliances! So excited for my new fridge ☺️

Great service! No pressure! Very clear explanation the appliances we were looking at. Pros and cons. Pointed out in physical blemishes. Great company to work with! Delivery and set up within 15 miles, $100. Very happy to find this shop!! Patrick and Chen moved the old fridge to the garage. Had to remove doors on the new one to get it thru the door. Hooked up the water line with a new SS braided line. Super guys are talented, friendly and do great work !!
