**REPLY TO OWNER'S REPLY: Again, your employee states the item is "NEW", It was NOT "New". NEW items don't have missing screws or have been repaired. A NEW Bosch diswashera should last many years without issue. It would have cost me more than I paid for it to have the unit uninstalled and transported back to you, then transport the replacement back to me and reinstalled.**** NOTHING HERE IS "NEW", as Brenda Advertises on FB. I purchased a Bosch 500 diswasher from this place at the end of 2022. Brenda advertised it as "NEW". After a few months, the diswasher will intermittently stop working. Upon closer inspection, I noticed missing screws on the inside of the door. It's for sure been repaired at some point and not properly. These people are crooks. They advertise items as new, but are selling you repaired & DEFECTIVE items. STAY AWAY!.

Purchased 3 used appliances for my new home, washer + dryer and a refridgerator with ice and water dispenser. Received 6 month warranty to ease my concern about buying a washer and dryer set for $300, and a fridge for $550. Dryer broke after 8 months, $160 repair, washer broke after 12 months, $190 dollar repair. Fridge broke after 13 months $300 repair. Moral of the story, spend $700 dollars on a new washer and dryer, and $900 dollars on a new fridge, because you will get a longer warranty, and it will last longer than a year before repairs are needed.
