We purchased a microwave from Parker. He offered 3 different options of microwaves and suggestions for trim kits. Parker was extremely professional and engaging. We shopped around for the microwave and found FBS to have the best pricing, variety and delivery. Additionally, they offered installation at a reasonable price.

I purchased an appliance package from FBS Appliance in December 2025, and the entire experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had a minor adjustment issue with my dishwasher and sent them an email. They responded very quickly and handled everything in a timely, professional manner. They sent out two technicians, Gerardo and Vincent, who were punctual, communicated before arrival, and were very clean and orderly while in my home. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 5–10 minutes and were polite the entire time. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind what they sell and provides great customer service after the sale.
