I bought a dryer this pass Saturday. Try to dry on Monday & no heat. I called the lady & she sent someone out. He came to check it it got hit while he was here, after he left it stop heating. My daughter has to dry her clothes three times last night. From the reviews it seems that this ppl don't care all the want is money. No wonder they only have a 3 point star. I was giving them the a chance, I will not recommend them to anyone. So now I'm stuck with a dryer that sometimes it heats & sometimes it doesn't. This lady is use to this by now she tried to tell me it was my breaker. Lady I've been her 13 years & I had a dryer before this & never had problems. This is not a good place to buy appliance. My dryer went out again and the lady claims that it's my house. I've been here 15 years so how could it be my damn house. She always makes 20 excuses. I guess this is why people talk bad about them on the reviews. Never never buy from this place again. She should learn how to speak English so she can help her customers. I called her about 3 days ago and she said she would call me back and never responded. They know that they have bad appliance. Now I'm stuck without a dryer again.

Horrible service the lady in charge was extremely rude My husband and I were in to purchase 2 washers and 2 dryers not only are pricesss expensive she acted as if I owed her something for me being there. I decided to walk out so I wont say anything rude back and she told my husband I was rude. I have bought from her in the past for my rental properties and will no longer be doing business with her every time the experience is worse and worse. I do not recommend at all!

Bad service called because I purchased a washer and dryer...I explain to the guy what was wrong with my washer..he tells me that all new models do that ...At this point the guy don't know the model or anything about what kind of washer I had purchased, but yet wants to assume he already knows. So I let it go still feeling it's not working properly so I call him again. This time he said he would send his service guy...service guy never shows up had me waiting all day Saturday. So I decided to call again no answer then I text him no answer. So now I'm out of luck because my warranty has expired. Just terrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. Taking advantage of single parents.
