Houston Appliance Center is the best place to go for your appliances. They offer very reasonable prices for stoves, washers, dryers and fridges. Not only do they deliver, they also give great warranties for every purchase. We've bought from them before a couple years ago and this go around was no different. As always it was an fantastic experience. The level of professionalism and expertise is unmatched and should be commended with full marks. Giving this place any stars would be doing this shady business justice. I am highly disappointed after buying a refurbished washer from this place and it breaking down on me twice within 30 days which is a lot to say. The second breakdown ended up with the pipe from the washer disconnecting and flooding my house which caused me to lose towels in the process. I would feel more better about the situation if the owner was more willing to provide top notch customer service in order to fix the machine, but decided to ignore my request and tell my fiance he no longer has to service the warranty. He dances around questions, and provides contract workers who barely speak English yet he parades himself to be a good Christian while screwing people over.

Purchased a used washer. The owner was helpful and I got it delivered same day. So far it works great and the price was right. He’s going to evaluate my old unit and tell me whether or not it’s worth fixing. I’m waiting to hear back on that. As long as the products are supported properly if something goes wrong, he has a customer for life. It comes with a year warranty parts and labor which I think is fair.
