I have never seen this kind of poor management. The manager acts literally like a child. Had my washer and dryer on the way then the guy says their is no air duct connection. He said he can see if he can get a used one and I said thats fine. Next thing you know the manager says no we are not selling you anything anymore even though I said I'll pay for the air duct. He just kept going on and on about nothing saying I won't sell you anything anymore cutting me off on every sentence. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. I think it might be a blessing in disguise because he probably was trying to sell me something that didn't work just like another review

My fridge broke after 9 years. Due to Covid I couldn't buy a new one and went here.... The same day I paid and got it delivered waited till the next day to connect it and it wasn't cooling call the guy to come fix at 9:30 am he said he'll send a technician in the afternoon he didn't and not even a call to let me know. He came and fix it until Monday. Didn't have issues for 3 days on the 4th day fridge started to act up again and I call him again and he said the same he was going to send someone and it happen again he didn't send no one its been 4days now and we ask for a refund since they are not responsible to come and fix it . He said on the receipt says no refunds.... Don't go here take your business somewhere else!!!
