It's hard to write a negative review for such a kind spoken gentleman. The service I paid for. Was very fast and reliable. He helped me diagnose the issue. While, I had went further in services it would've cost well into $400, with part and labor. Part was $56.00 on Wal-Mart , claimed on his end the part would be well into the $300's & with labor another $100.00. I understand the concept of running a business. But to jack up prices like that, on used appliances is kinda greedy, you'd think?

They are not that cheap 1,100. I get it fix it and sell it, but at least fix it right. The fridge I bought is not cooling and when I opened the back. The compressor was not bolted down nor the right type of compressor. The compressor's wires are connected directly to power wires and not through pcb board. There is no capacitor, also another part that is wired wrong. The only reason I know is I searched up the manual and is not wired correctly. I strongly do not recommend this place. The fridge lasted 2 months and now I am out 1100 dollars and now have to buy another fridge.

I bought a dryer from them, right away I noticed a GAS LEAK. I reported my concerns to the owner, he came off very arrogant. As if I didn't know the smell of gas, he said to check our connections because it wasn't possible for the machine to be bad. After 2 weeks of constantly smelling gas and multiple calls, they finally sent someone out. It was confirmed they sold the dryer with a GAS LEAK. They didn't bother shutting off the gas and stated we had to take back their faulty equipment instead of them removing it immediately. I'm extremely disappointed with this business and Sr Juan. I've bought multiple appliances from him for my job (apartment management) and the first time I did a purchase for personal use he had ZERO INTEGRITY. Instead of fixing an issue for a loyal/frequent customer, he blatantly stated he didn't care if I purchased from him again or not. He clearly doesn't care about his customers and that's unfortunate for his business.

Bought a refrigerator from here....DO NOT recommend at all! I am now paying 200.00 because they put I. A very bent fan on the top part so the bottom part wasn't cooling. Also the warranty sucks they dont "answer" and by the time they do they ask you to bring the fridge back to them instead of coming out to repair. Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND!
