Justified Appliance

I was able to speak with 2 gentlemen that work there. I don't remember the first guys name, the second guy was Carlos. Both were very knowledgeable about their craft. They were also willing to give info on about other places. They offer a 3 year warranty on the equipment they buy. I looked around and no one comes close to the warranty.

We paid the service fee for their technician to come out and inspect our refrigerator which was under warranty, however he could not repair the refrigerator so he said he needed to take it to the shop to repair, but FAILED to mention that he left the refrigerator water supply line leaking, which caused severe water damage to my kitchen, pantry and dining room that I had to contact a mitigation company to assist. So, when I sent the bill to justified appliance for reimbursement. They said they were not covering the cost because the issue was the water supply valve which was never leaking before and was always never told to us, so we could monitor it to prevent the water damages. Which is truly unprofessional and horrible customer service to leave something leaking in someone else’s home, knowing it would cause water damage that could lead to mold if not properly mitigated. I’m a single mother who lives from pay check to pay check, and was looking forward to using her income tax for other expenses but instead had to pay a bill that should have never occurred if ONLY their technician would have just spent two minutes to explain the leaking issue.
