Sharon and Grace are both incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The pricing is fantastic, and the delivery and installation were right on time and efficient. I will definitely be buying from them again the next time I need appliances!

I had a fantastic experience with Katy appliances outlet today. My washer broke and I was calling around to find one. Two places I called didn’t have the model in stock, but this store did. John was friendly and helpful and had the items I wanted in stock. Less than an hour later they were delivering my washer and dryer. David, the installer was awesome. Very professional and friendly and did a perfect job. I’m blown away And will definitely be getting my next appliances through this company.

Great service, I am very impressed with the power couple, John and Grace. Their Dad as well, they where so pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made my shopping experiences a smooth transition! I bought a LG washer, for a great price, they have other brands as well.They sale new scratch and dent with manufacturers warranty, If you don’t mind final sales for a great deal $ave$ and top notch product this is the spot! so make sure you have all measurements to avoid any inconvenience and waste of time for everyone! They are transparent about the dents and scratches. they also do same day delivery, which was a plus for me, because I did not want to wait days for delivery with Home Depot, or Best Buy. I recommend anyone looking for a major appliance to visit them first. I am a Happy customer.
