Incredible experience. Fantastic service. Best prices for our-of-box appliance with sight cosmetic issues. Great options, state-of-the-art choices on major brands and really well-considered warranty choices. This shop should be your first choice... it was our third and result best out Home Depot and Best Buys for discounts and options. Kay was incredible. Really personable and friendly, we felt like we'd known her for years. Very knowledgeable, and quick with info and to ask for help when the questions were technical. We are really happy and can't wait to receive the products.

A military veteran owned business!!! So K was so amazing with the entire process from showing us around to choosing a refrigerator. She made a lot of great points when it came to us having kids and how they would potentially hang from the fridge doors and tear them off the hinges! lol 😆 we ended up going with a Samsung one with inside door hinges. They also offer military discount. Which is a blessing to us since my husband and I are both military veterans.

I had a great experience purchasing my new washer and dryer set. Chad was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He gave us a very good price, and the installation was included, which made everything so much easier. Jonathan and Harold did an excellent job with the delivery and installation. They were very careful, hardworking, and respectful the entire time. They helped set everything up professionally and made sure everything looked great before leaving. Their attitude was sincere, kind, and very helpful. Everyone on the team was welcoming and enthusiastic, and I’m very satisfied with the service from start to finish. WOW…. this place was unbelievably customer oriented and knowledgeable on all appliances. The two guys we met ( owners we think ) were former military, very friendly. Our experience was Outstanding, with no pressure selling at all. The delivery and set up went Flawless!!! The two guys delivering were fantastic & very friendly. They had us up & running in no time.
