We were referred to K&N by our builder, Raquel helped us picking the right appliances for our kitchen remodel. She was extremely knowledgeable. Customer service was top notch. We also paid for their installation services and do not regret it. Their installation team was also top notch... they assessed the installation in our kitchen. Our builder had not reviewed any of the specs for our new appliances and utilities were not ready for proper installation of range, wall oven, island hood and dishwasher. K&N technicians were concerned about fire hazards that our terrible builder had ignored from the beginning of the remodel. K&N was able to install our appliances later when all utilities and concerns were addressed. They came on time and made sure that the working area was covered so there were no damages on the floor or cabinets. They were extremely respectful and reliable . Thank you very much K&N. We will be recommending your services. always.

Under no circumstances do you want k&n installing in your home. They leave zero regarding for floor damages. They sent a crew to our home that extensively damaged our wood floors, took all day, and still did not complete the job. I had to show up at their office the next morning in person at opening to even get someone to acknowledge the issue with installation. They sent a second crew (different crew) the second day that completed the job and promised to reimburse me for the wood floor repair. Now they won’t return our calls and haven’t reimbursed us for the wood floor repair.

Buyer Beware!! Awful company to work with!! They ordered wrong SubZero fridge that I ended up accepting due to time constraints. The crane service they had couldn’t fit so I had to spend another $800 on a forklift. The speed queen washer was delivered broken and dryer had defective screen. Finally got them working through 3rd party but only half were registered. The oven still has wire hanging out after multiple calls. It’s been months and huge headache.
