Stopped by after confirming he had the dryer still available. He remembered who I was after I mentioned what I was looking for and showed me the appliance. After a small talk, he plugged the dryer in and demonstrated that everything was functional. After payment was done, he helped load the dryer on to my truck and tied it down. Very good and helpful experience. Will definitely come back when I'm in the market for another appliance.

I have been needing a washer and dryer for about two years now. I have been scammed too many times on Facebook marketplace, so I absolutely do not trust it. It was actually an accident that I found J & M appliances, I was looking for Burger King lol I was going to make a U-turn and saw this appliance store, and it was like meant to be! They had great appliances, and I am so extremely happy with the ones that I picked! At a very good price, delivered. The salesman was extremely nice and had exactly what I have been looking for! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does not want to pay full price for an immaculate used one like I found at J & M! Thank you!

When Juan assisted me with the purchase of my washer and dryer he was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is always available each and every time I called with questions, so much so, that when I needed a refrigerator I went back and bought one from J&M Appliances knowing I would get a good value for my money and great customer service.
