By far the WORST buying experience I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The customer service here is ridiculously poor. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had a scheduled delivery for a washer/dryer stacked which required two delivery men. One of the guys was not even able to lift the unit up my stairs. I had to step in and help lift after I PAID for delivery. We were stuck on the stairwell for 45 minutes and had to call for backup. Literally stuck ! Could not move and were Trapped until someone came to help ! Imagine not being able to move because we would risk dropping the machine down the steps. Not only did I experience this, but they damaged my floors and walls to my new house in the process. They ignored my calls as gave me the run around. Took them 7 weeks to finally issue me a delivery refund & they said they wouldn’t be able to take care of any damages to my house because of “their policy”. This makes no sense. How can a company not be held liable for damages they caused Upon their poor planning and execution? This is a red flag itself. People please be warned. Read the reviews from other customers. Don’t let the prices fool you. You’re better off going elsewhere. This business does not understand basic principle of customer service.

We took money out our savings to get a dryer from this place only for it to have issues. We made the store aware of this while we still had the warranty. They came out to check and told us it was good. Now that same issue is happening and they refuse to fix it unless we pay $400+, we explained that it’s not right that they want us to pay for an issue that we made them aware of during that warranty period. We will never use this place again and will not recommend them to anyone. We are now having to spend more money to buy another dryer

Do not come here, management is horrible, Alma showed no concern for my dryer that broke after 2 month and a half of purchase, after warranty ended after 1 month. They stated I have to pay $450 for the repair. We explained that we had this issue while we had the warranty and they came out to check, they took our dryer back to store to fix and stated nothing was wrong, but the issue returned after 2 1/2 months and now they want us to pay more than we paid to buy the dryer to get it fixed. They have show no sympathy and are not honest and are scammers. Keep away

Bought a washer from here, got it delivered the same day. The staff was friendly and so nice to answer my questions. When my washer got delivered, it keep giving me a an error message and not working. I called the store and send an email. Well they amazed me at how quick they responded. They delivered a washer to me since the teach couldn't make it. They did the right thing bringing me one that was working. Never had I ever had quick excellent service. This is my second time I buy from this place they are great at taking care of their customers. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me. I had a great overall experienced.
