They were scheduled through my home Warranty plan… I trusted them so I did no research. Couldn’t get out for 2 days and then the day of got the run around all day!!!! 3 different times all the way til 8pm. Still no show! My AC is out so the 2 days just for the appointment was brutal enough no to mention literally making sure I was home all day and night the day of for no relief.
