I wish I wasn’t writing this review. The purchasing experience at Renova was actually smooth and positive, and I left feeling confident about the purchase. Unfortunately, everything after that has been the complete opposite. I bought a Speed Queen washer in late October, expecting a brand new, reliable machine. By January, the washer stopped working entirely. It is now April and the washer is still not fixed. Since it broke, I have been given the runaround between service and support with no clear answers, no real urgency, and no resolution. This is extremely frustrating for a product that was sold as new and premium. What is even more concerning is that the technicians who looked at the unit said it is showing issues consistent with a machine that has been used for a long time. That raises serious concerns about the condition of what I was sold as “brand new.” At this point: - The washer has been unusable for months - No proper repair or replacement has been completed - Communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful - This has caused ongoing inconvenience in daily life I expected much better based on my initial experience. A washer should not fail within a few months, and this situation should not drag on for this long. I am asking for a clear resolution on Speed Queens end since there is no warranty through the sale. Either replace the unit or fix it immediately but sadly I have yet to get it resolved by them or by the repair company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from here.

I have now purchased a set of Speed Queen washer and dryer, and now a Frigidaire oven from these guys. BOTH times, they were absolutely courteous, helpful and know their products. Roger, the sales guy I used, was all of these things and more and even went beyond their normal duties and helped me both find what I wanted and set up scheduling for me. I working ridiculous hours so it's difficult to find time to answer calls and he accommodated all I needed through email correspondence. I will continue to use Renova for all of my future installations. Oh, and they're prices were the best I could find for the same model of appliance I wanted at other locations.

We had such amazing, quick service! We would definitely recommend and use this company again. We worked with Kevin and he was so great! We waited for 6 months from another company for an extra large refrigerator/freezer to fit our 66” in space, but then I reached out to Kevin and he said he could get me a fridge and he had it delivered within a month. He also drove all the way up to Dallas to deliver. We love our new fridge, it’s beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!
