The staff at Sara Appliances & Electronics are awesome. I needed help finding an over the range microwave for our home, and the people at the Big Box stores really weren’t knowledgeable enough to help me find one that aligned with our existing vent duct. Jeff at Sara found me the right unit at the right price, and his coworker Renoo went over and beyond to get it and the matching trim kit for it delivered to me. This is what customer service used to be like in the good old days. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ll get my next appliances from them.

Overall great experience! Didn’t feel like just another sale with Sara. Met Q at the Bosch showroom to look at options and ask questions A few hiccups due to supply chain and tracking issues on the manufacturers side, but Q was always extremely responsive. Alfonso and his install team were great, fast yet efficient. Removed my old appliances (fridges, range and over the range microwave) and installed new ones, hooked up my washer dryer, had to deal with my stairs of death, put up with all my yapping and still maintained a great attitude through it all!

I am very pleased with my new appliances--especially the professional installation by Alfonso and his crew. They exhibited attention to detail when installing the dishwasher, range, and speed oven and even made modifications to our cabinetry to ensure a perfect fit. They displayed immense respect for our home by protecting all surfaces and cleaning up before they left. We are thrilled.
