They sell good items and terrible items. Buyer beware: The blind box dumplings they were selling recently are hazardous and smell like turpentine. When I brought an unopened one back, I was informed that you can't return them. The employees are always great, but the manager is abrasive.

I’ve been to several Ollie’s Bargain Outlet locations in different states, and this one, unfortunately, felt more cluttered than most of the others I’ve visited. I didn’t necessarily notice that the store itself was dirty. Still, the layout and crowded aisles gave it a somewhat messy feel compared to other Ollie’s stores, which usually feel more organized and easier to browse. The biggest disappointment for me was the book section. I’d honestly say close to 80% of the shelves were empty, which was sad to see because that’s usually one of my favorite parts of Ollie’s. I asked an associate about it because I was worried they might be getting rid of the section altogether, but she kindly explained they were waiting on a new delivery. She was very nice and reassuring about it. The cashier who checked me out was also genuinely pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job, which truly made the experience better. Good employees really do make a difference. So while this location wasn’t my favorite due to the clutter and sparse inventory, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I’m hoping the store will feel more stocked and organized once the new shipment comes in.

It's a cliche but they really do have good stuff cheap! We come and get snacks for our kids and spend 1/3 of the price then at other places. Sometimes things expire in a few weeks but at the rate my kids eat it has never been a problem!

If you haven't been, you need to go. This store is reminiscent of all of the best in this class, new merchandise on a regular basis, a little bit of everything to look at and the fun of a bargain hunt. The prices are really good and the three stores we have visited have all had friendly and helpful staff. The store was relatively clean, I mean its not Saks 5th av. But, who the hell wants to shop there for fishing gear? Well worth the drive time, prepare to find some good stuff and most importantly buy it when you see it.

This store is great, esepcially for the books! They have amazing deals on all of the books and have tons of options. They have just about everything in this store except for produce (I think). It's a huge store and I wasn't able to walk through the whole store with the time I had. They have lots of other grrat grocery options though for cheaper prices, and some in bulk. I loved the Christmas decor sections. They also have a pretty good rewards program, so dedinitely sign up for that. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is it's a bit cluttered maning it a little difficult to walk around some areas, and does feel a little dirty and unkempt. Still definitely going back!
