Walker Mattress, Furniture & Appliance - Killeen

I walked into their new building in Harker Heights today looking for a dryer and I was pleasantly surprised because they weren’t quite open yet but they still assisted me. Customer Service five stars price amazing they took $80 off and delivered. I walked out of there with a smile on my face. And once again I have to say the customer service was out of this world. I’m very kind very knowledgeable about their appliances. All you have to do is tell them what you want or what you’re looking for. They do sell more than appliances so go out there and take a look there is parking for handicap. There’s a Large lot to park so parking is not a problem. Go check these guys out from my understanding. They’ve been open for many years. They have a store in Belton. It’s a family business

From the moment we walked in, the owners were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process easy and stress free. On top of that, they gave us an amazing deal that we simply could not pass up. What impressed me even more was the turnaround time. I purchased both a bed frame and mattress on a Sunday afternoon, and everything was delivered by that Friday. The delivery experience was just as outstanding. The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled the bed frame were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. It is rare to find this level of customer service, quality, and care all in one place. I cannot recommend Walker Mattress and Furniture enough and will absolutely be returning for all of my future furniture needs.
