I bought a Samsung washer for $400 and immediately I’m talking about by the second load it was not draining it would shake (yes I did very small loads and still)kept restarting the entire process it stayed with my roommate until I could find the time to take it to get fixed. I let them know it was probably the rods and they charged me $180 to fix, that was about a week and a half ago now it started leaking from the bottom and I noticed they never put the bottom protective cover on and it’s given me nothing but issues.I Was told they test every single appliance and there is warranty but they charge you triple the price the rods online are $60 but she says she only charges you for the part not labor which I don’t even mind paying for the labor just be honest say you don’t test every washer that comes in and be expected to pay more than the part is worth

Waited for Gail to come back from the " grocery store" for two hours to check my washer to sell it . At first the other lady in there said there was NO OIL, and we left the washer outside and we were walking around the store. Then she gets there and when she checks it there is suddenly oil on the bottom, yet when my husband touched it there was none of his hand . I'm positive this is how they scam people because they told me as long as there's no oil i'd get somewhere between 80-150$ back . how pathetic this place is.

Am going here for all used appliances needs from now on! I bought the cheapest washer available at an awesome price. It was cheaper than other identical machines so I figured it had a defect the others didn't have. I didnt ask. I just needed a machine that would sit outside to wash clothes for an elderly man, so I didn't mind defects so long as it washed reliably. Been using it for weeks now and it's excellent! It's occassionally a bit loud, so I assume that was the reason for it being priced lower than the others. But I couldn't be happier, and I saved hundreds of dollars compared to the options I saw at other stores.

Gail is wonderful! I am the president of the PTO at Cavazos Elementary School, and we needed a freezer really bad so that we could make sure we had enough cold drinks and popsicles for all of the students for field day, we have been trying for a while to come up with a freezer and Gail gave us one she didn't charge us a penny she was glad to do it for the kids. We appreciate her so much! I understand why she has been in business for more than 40 years!
