Hes a nice guy but disappointed on tge fact that couldnt fix my washer i bought another one elsewhere and gave that one to a freind he fixed it in 2 hours i fill like he didnt even tried my freind doesnt even work on appliances bummer

JV was called to our house by our home warranty company to fix our broken range. He collected our $65 copay, said he was going to order parts, and then ghosted us. When we called him to check on the status he said he was " out on a job" and would look into it when he returned to his office, and call us back. He did NOT call us back. When we tried to follow up he ignored our calls. It took calling from another number to get him to answer. Long story short, he refused to do the work or refund our money. Not a surprise he needs a home warranty company to feed him work, because his business practices would never allow him to succeed on his own.
