WILL ABSOLUTELY SCAM YOU Bought a dryer from them end of Sept 2023. Dryer stopped heating and the timer stopped working Nov 24th. Contacted them and they sent a tech out. Tech stated that MULTIPLE things had not been fixed before they sold it to us and took the dryer with him to "fix" the items and stated the dryer would be back the next day by 1pm. When we did not hear anything the next day we called every number we had with no response. Had to drive to their brick and mortar only to be told to pick a different machine because there was so much wrong with this one. I told them they needed to fix the one we bought. They finally returned out dryer the next Tuesday and nothing was fixed. They will absolutely scam you. It is what it is, this guy obviously has nothing better to do than to be a terrible human being. Just don't get scammed like we did. Save your money and go to Lowes.

My experience with these guys was very good. We saved some money and got a better fridge than we would have otherwise. Obviously there are risks when buying used but they warranty for a short period and make sure it works properly. Alan did a great job. Him and his guys were very professional and set up everything which I wasn't expecting on a used appliance. Overall pretty happy with our experience. I recommend this company.

Do not buy from these people. If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a washer and dryer from them. After only about 4 loads the dryer stopped working. We got a hold of Alan (who sold us the stuff) he came out and said it was a motherboard problem, and he'd try and fix it. After a week with no word, we got a hold of him to see what was going on with it. He said they'd bring a temporary one, and they did. After a month of not hearing anything (we messaged him, tried calling and everything) I finally had to contact him through a post on fb to even get a response. They brought us "our" dryer, which it was not the one we paid for. It not only was smaller but didn't have as many options. We got a hold of the owner and explained that that was not the dryer we paid for and asked if we could just have our money back because we were tired of messing with it. He proceeded to tell us that they do not give refunds and that we were pulling his leg. Not to mention the dryer they did bring does not even work. The time will go from 1 hr, down to 1 min. And if it does run, It won't actually heat up. We keep trying to call to see what can be done about this and they will not answer or tell us they will be by later, but never show up. If you want to be ripped off then go to this place. Absolutely ridiculous
