1st CHoice Appliance Store

Just moved to the area and set up my washer only to find out it went bad during the move. We walked in to 1st Choice 10 minutes before closing and they were able to help us get a new washer that was perfect for us. The best prices around and their staff was so friendly and helpful. It was such a great experience we bought the matching dryer too. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely go back for all of our appliance needs!

Our warehouse needed a new commercial washer and the owner answered all of our questions with a helpful attitude over the phone and in person. We went by on a Saturday to look at the commercial Speed Queen washer I've been looking for online. After talking with him we purchased. The machine is a great quality washer for shop towels and work jumpsuits. I'll support a family owned and operated business in a heartbeat over any big box store. This location is wasy to find, & has new and used residential and commercial appliances. Bridgette was great too, very friendly and hands on. I'll be purchasing another washer soon for our other location and already planning to return to 1st Choice Appliance Store in Converse. They did an excellent job fixing our Speed Queen washer and dryer. We bought and had them service by another certified dealer in San Marcos. Highly recommend this company 1000% over them. If I had found these guys first, I would have purchased my Speed Queen w/d from 1st Choice. Appropriate name :) Thanks guys! They're family owned, great brothers with great personalities. . Makes it even better buying from locals.

We just found this store in town, & I am so glad we did. Prices are anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 off Lowe's prices. This is a scratch & dent store, so our new frig has some dents in it, but magnets cover those just fine. The frig was delivered same day, & old frig hauled off. Customer service was awesome. We'll definitely buy from here again.
