Recommend 1000%! They were extremely knowledgeable about all the washers and dryers they sell, very informative about each machine, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. They’re also very trustworthy, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. They delivered, installed, and made sure everything was plugged in and working perfectly before leaving. What I loved most is that they don’t accept payment until they show you everything working and make sure you’re satisfied. Amazing customer service from start to finish — highly recommend!!!

We showed up wayy before they even opened on accident, still José was polite, showed us his inventory,talked about prices and warranty and quickly scheduled us time for him to drop it off. He didn’t have us pay until he showed all of the cycles and how to use both the washer and dryer,showed us how to use the website the warranty was on and even took our old washer and dryer. Overall very polite and would absolutely work with again! 10/10

This was the best experience I ever had with repairs. The technician Jose had Great customer service, and repaired my washer AND dryer less than 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and explained the whole process from start to finish. He even showed me the damaged and new parts to compare the difference. You can tell he lives what he does. Amazing people you can tell they care, good hearted and want to give you the best experience. Great customer service, great experience from start to finish. Great prices, GOOD COMMUNICATION WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME. They just left my home after delivering and installing my washer and dryer for me which was great and didn’t take long at all 20-30 min they were in and out! God Bless these folks and God bless you.

The process of getting a washer delivered and installed was super easy. Josue was very knowledgeable and professional. The account login on the website to view your warranty and book a repair are very impressive for a small business. This will be the first business I go to in the future when shopping for quality and affordable second hand appliances.
