Bueno Enterprise Appliance Delivery & Installation

I contacted this company by phone to pick up and deliver and install a . refrigerator purchased at Home Depot The person the phone made the usual queries, address, location of item, copy of invoice and promised that upon receipt of the information. I would receive texts since I didn't provide an email address. The date of the delivery arrive and no communication from company. I called to inquire and was provided with excuses. I reminded them that they were not providing a free service. Now, two issues I have. 1. Extremely, poor customer service. 2. No respect for customer privacy. They saw an email on the Home Depot invoice and emailed me after I had clearly told the I do not do email. No Means No! Now, the delivery crew was exceptional.

I would highly recommend Chris Bueno and his crew. They were very efficient and thorough in delivering our new refrigerator and set up. They were very careful not to scratch or dent our appliance. They also removed our old refrigerator and hauled it away. I was very pleased with their level of service and would use them again. Pat Rogers

Do not recommend. They delivered a washer and dryer set for me. The guys were very nice however, in the process, they scratched my stenciled concrete floors pretty bad. I didn’t notice until a couple hours after they left because I was taking care of my 3 month old baby and 4 year old while they were installing. When I contacted the owner, sent pictures and told him that the floor would need to be re-done because of the type of floor it is, he completely ignored me.
