Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I have unfortunately purchased several appliances that are no longer working and find myself scrambling to replace or repair.

WOW! steer clear of these guys. I have been trying to get someone on the phone because the bath fan I bought 3 months ago just quit working, its taken a week to get someone to call me back because you can only leave a message and now there is no manager. How do people like this stay in business

We have had an ongoing problem with our Bertazzoni stove. The lower heating element has burned out three times since we bought the stove in 2016. The last time HomeWerks sent out a tech to diagnose the problem but said he did not have the part. We paid a service call for him to diagnose the issue. He said he needed to order the part and when he came to install it they charged us another expensive service call as well as the cost of the part. We refused to pay the second service call. How could we be sure that he did not already have the part in his truck or sitting on a shelf in the store? Now that same part is broken again for the third time! I can not believe that we are the only ones to have this problem but this time I will order the part on line and find someone else to install it. I will not do business with HomeWerks again.

I won't call them again. Called for a service call on a BlueStar stove, the tech was here for 20 minutes and replaced an ignitor, but they charged a $150 "diagnostic fee" to cover then visit AND another $150 "minimum labor charge." I expect a service fee, but adding such a large minimum labor charge for such a quick visit is unreasonable. Will find someone else next time.

I am incredibly disappointed. In October, I ordered over $18K of high-end appliances and was promised a close-to-Christmas delivery. I noticed I was getting billed for payments in January, but the appliances had not been delivered. I emailed and called, but there was no response. Finally, I called the manufacturer and discovered that the order had never been placed in October. So now, we will be cutting things very close to our daughter’s wedding in May. I have filed disputes with both my visa company and the interest-free financing offer I had selected, and there is still no communication from HomeWerks! How do they survive conducting business like this? Ordering directly from sympathetic manufacturer now.
