DO NOT BUY FROM JAYS APPLIANCE!!! This guy is a horrible human. He sold my mom a trashed washer and dryer. Totally took advantage of an old lady. Required cash and didn’t let her see the product before hand. A day after delivery the washer broke he came and got it and was supposed to have it back in two days. One week later still no washer and dryer. Excuse after excuse, finally brought it back. A day later the dryer stopped working (pretty sure it was a different unit, completely rusted in the front of dryer) he of course has excises about when he can come back to pick up for warranty work. She decided to just buy a new one instead of dealing with this horrible person. Save yourself a ton of trouble and do not buy from him.

Stay away from Jay’s appliance store. His customer service sucks. Bought a freezer it worked great for two weeks. I didn’t complain that I lost more meat then the freezer costed. then takes forever to fix what he warranty’s. I Say forever it was over a month. its like his warranty items get the lowest priority. I only went with him because of the warranty. Learned my lesson never again!!!! The owner jay seems to think he does nothing wrong ever has an excuse for it all and is very sensitive. Then gets upset if you don’t drop what you’re doing to pick it up.

I bought a GE large toploader washer from this place for 299.00 that came out to 378.66 with taxes and delivery. They came and delivered to my home quickly and I was happy. The machine was pretty dirty but after a few empty cycles it was clean. After only 2 months the machine stopped spinning so I called and it took him 1 week to come out for service. When he came out he said the drive belt fell off and he just put the same belt back on claiming it "looked fine" and it was fixed. 2 days later it fell off again and it was in was not fine, it definitely looked very worn and ripped up. I decided to replace it myself to get my machine running quickly. After about a week it stopped working again. Would not spin and then would shut off. I called again and he came out in 2 days. He ran the machine with nothing in it and it worked. I thanked him and apologized, he was rude and left. I ran a load immediately and it leaked all over my floor and shut off again. I called him back that same day and he said he would come back in 2 days. I unplugged my machine. When he came back the 3rd time for this machine, he ran the machine again, empty and it worked. I asked him if it would make a difference with laundry in it and he said no, I asked him why that happened last time and he basically said he dosent belive that it happend at all. I told him I wasn't lying and he didn't seem to believe me. During this interaction he was not nice, used profanity and refused to talk to my husband over the phone. He said he was not going to come back and honor his warranty on this machine any longer. The only reason I went with this place to begin with was because i couldnt afford a new machine and he had a warranty. He was very rude, and does not want to honor his own warranty.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BYE HERE ! The reviews are true we bought a refrigerator for $400 with a 60 day Guarantee the unit stopped working after 30 days. We contacted Jay’s appliances who agreed to repair and never showed up. We called him for one week straight and he kept saying he was on his way the next day and never showed up and now he has stopped answering. I should’ve known better when we walked into his shop and it smelt like weed! We were desperate and in need! If I could give them a negative-5 review, I would! Jay’s appliances you do not keep your word! A Man without his word is worthless!

Jay was very prompt at helping me get my stackable washer & dryer delivered and installed and believed I had a warranty on the equipment too (at least that is what was advertised). Worked great for a month before it stopped working (Which I didn't mind, just needed to get fixed). I had to reach out multiple times to get him to look at it and when he did he said he had to get a part (a motor I believe) that he didn't have available. I haven't heard from him since. I have reached out multiple times since, but now I don't even bother.
