Solid spot for discounted merchandise. Prices are very reasonable, and there’s a good mix of practical, everyday items along with higher-value finds. Everything I’ve picked up has been exactly as described and well worth what I paid. If you’re looking to save money without paying full retail, this is a place worth checking out.

Great liquidation warehouse with a wide variety of inventory. You’ll find everything from tools and home improvement items to appliances, electronics, and everyday household goods. Inventory rotates often, so there’s usually something new to check out each visit. I’ve personally scored some awesome deals here — from small equipment and tools to household items that would’ve cost way more retail. If you take your time and look things over, you can walk away with serious value. Definitely worth stopping by if you enjoy finding great deals.

I’ve thought long and hard about leaving a low review here but Ultimately I have to. I’ve spent well over $1000 here on a variety of products. This has been my experience with the products: LEGO sets missing bags requiring me to call LEGO and have them help me get the missing bags. Their advice was be careful on the secondary market. But how am I to know there’s missing bags unless I open it and count the bags? There’s a sign in the store that states once you leave that’s basically it, so I guess I have to stand there and go through every single item before I leave. I bought a pair of CAT boots. Got it home and the boots had a crack in them which made them no longer water proof which is the entire point of this work boot. Bought a pair of alien ware headphones: horrifying awful scratching noise in the right ear. Would I have known that without charging them up literally right on the spot in the store? Nope. Marked new in the auction. I bought a few sets of locks: they were missing the keys, rendering the locks useless. I was given a different one the second time I bought that did have the keys but it was not the same brand, which means I never would have bid as high as I had knowing that because the value just wasn’t there. Bought a ninja cold brew coffee machine: marked as new open box. Opened it up and it’s someone’s old coffee maker. They clearly bought the item and replaced their old dilapidated coffee brewer with the new one. Then sent it back where it somehow ended up in the hands of this auction house. I will say it did still work at least, but yea. It wasn’t new. There was a box, and there was a product. But that’s the extent of it. I bought a motherboard and when I got it home, the unit had bent prongs rendering it trash. That one was an expensive lesson. Should I have stood in the entry way with a bright light inspecting the product over and over? Probably, according to their liability sign if I left there wasn’t anything they could do. I will say that a couple of the larger Lego sets were in good shape, so I’ll add a star back for those. I bought an ice maker from them and it did not have the water tank. They did the right thing by letting me choose another one, so points there. The point is, more often than not, I had issues with at least one item every time I bought at auction. Maybe that’s just the nature of auctions. Maybe they hide behind an “as is” listing. But I feel like they could do better pulling items out of open boxes so we can see the product. The photos are often blurry and terrible. Idk, I haven’t been here in months and I probably won’t go back. But thinking about it just upsets me. I’ll give a gold star for the employees working the front tho. Whenever I did manage to catch a quality issue or problem, they did attempt to rectify the issue. But again, that’s when I had the time to minutely inspect ever thing I bought. I just don’t understand how the quality inspection on these can’t be better. I supplied images of only SOME of the issues. Anyway, that’s my two cents. Update: owner never takes responsibility for these issues. As you can see. He knows what he’s doing. My anger is not misplaced. I’m warning others because the problems I experienced were consistent. If you had checked these exact listings and as you claim these flaws were disclosed you’d have known better than to try to sell them as they are not fixable. Your argument that this is after all an auction is infantilizing and passes the buck to your buyer. We are trusting that the products you are selling are good, but they have consistently NOT been good. Post the screenshots of those listings with the info you’re claiming. If you check my post history I’m not in the business of handing out bad reviews. I’m posting here because the buyer needs to be aware they are just as likely to get a god product as a bad one. This wasn’t a one off, this happened consistently over a couple of months. People reading can take it or leave it. I’ll be leaving it

I’d give a zero if I could. Hands down the worst auction company out there. I purchase dozens of auctions weekly. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They don’t send items until weeks if not months after the auction ends. It takes a week to get a response from their customer service via email if you are lucky. If you do receive the items, they are damaged, wrong or missing. They won’t work with you as a customer. They just say, ‘’Sorry. Read the fine print. No refund.” I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer. Save yourself the grief. REAL UPDATE: I do not have a second profile. I do not have a bad reputation on Hibid. Please provide evidence to support these completely fabricated claims. I purchase hundreds of auctions monthly with zero issues. These are lies. This is defamation. Read reviews from other customers who have had the same issues. You can request shipping and they will say you didn’t. They will not ship your items and tell you are not entitiled to a refund. Read how they respond to other customers. They say the same things about them. This is clearly a habitual issue for this company. They refuse to refund their mistakes, they won’t send me my missing items. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. See pictures reference. This is how they shipped my items. After over a month of requesting them. This is a second auction. Not the others they still refuse to send me. Missing about half of what was ordered. Nothing as described. Nothing packed properly. And they charged me $70+ to ship this box. Looks like they pulled it from an elementary school dumpster. The review responses to other paying customers with similar issues is honestly disgusting and should be a demonstration of how they conduct business.

My go to auctioneer when I’m looking for new tools for cheap. I’ve bought from these guys dozens of times and always get away with the best deals on brand new tools. I’ve even walked in and bought more tools straight from them. They got a large variety of brands and products and most items are discounted heavily from retail prices. They’re my go to place if I’m looking for new or like new tools
