I am very disappointed with my experience. We were given false and misleading information during the purchase process. The salesperson ran our credit and requested a higher credit amount than we had discussed without clearly explaining why. I was also signed up for a financing plan that was never properly explained to us. No one told us that the payments would be made every two weeks instead of once a month. We only found out after receiving an email from the finance company. If the financing terms, payment schedule, and total cost had been explained honestly and clearly, we would have made a different decision. Customers deserve full transparency before signing any paperwork. I hope this business improves its communication so other families do not experience the same situation.

After a long search for just the right couch, I walked in it was greeted with a big smile and a huge willingness to help. Sisco the manager was a big help and gave me a deal I could refuse. Then came Jacob who was even nicer and got everything set up for me, even delivery. For someone who has a really hard time making decisions they made it so easy and painless. I will definitely be going back for some other things that I got my eye on. I highly recommend the store. Friendly and professional. Quality of furniture is Top Notch especially for the price. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

We walked into Mega Furniture just to look around, not planning on buying anything. A salesman named Nick approached us and was very helpful without being pushy. As we continued browsing, we ended up finding some really great couches at amazing prices. What started as just a quick visit turned into a purchase we’re really happy with. We walked out very satisfied and would definitely come back again.
