Quack Used Appliance Store | Used & Scratch and Dent

I bought a washer/dryer sets from this place and the washer keeps flooding my floor....so much so that floor is sinking and the tiles are coming loose from the floor. I paid nearly 700.00 for this set and these people told me that they tested it set several times b4 bringing out to our house. Their technicians obviously have no clue what they are doing.

I had the most disgusting experience with Amanda. She felt it was ok to hang up on me because they could not get their delivery times right. I called back 10 times and was getting sent to voicemail. I paid for the washer but can’t seem to get a delivery times. Once the phones were answered Amanda tried saying that I hung up on her which makes no sense as I’m waiting for the delivery of the paid washer and can’t get a delivery time confirmed. She was also on speaker and there were two other people here who heard the whole thing including her hanging up on me while talking & the call was already being recorded because of the attitude I was getting from her. I advised her of the proof from the recording and people here who heard it all & she then stopped trying to blame me for hanging up. She knew she was wrong & caught. I’m disgusted that she took it that far being that she is the face of the company since she is the first one you speak with when you call & had the nerve to act that way towards the customer.

I moved here from Florida. I looked through a bunch of random places and had used Quack and Dan eight months ago after 8 months when I had an issue I reached out. Dan did everything in his power to give me options. He even went as far as to say if I wanted to check with another guy, you would give me his number, but it’s very hard no matter what the business is to find somebody who is that caring like he is. It’s very hard to find trustworthy people. And their whole team here is great. Dan is amazing. He cares so much about his business and running things correctly. He does everything not only right but goes above and beyond. Bonnie. I’ve dealt with her both times for scheduling. She is amazing also. Lastly, the delivery and the last point of contact, which for me has been Jesse. Both times he is great. He is respectful. I trust him so much that if I had to leave my apartment and let him stay inside, I would because I trust him that much. His demeanor is great. His professionalism is great, and he’s very friendly. Unless I move out of San Antonio, I will never use anyone else for anything washer and dryer related other than them. I have no affiliation with them in any way, shape, or form, but they’re so great. I made a second review on my second email because my only hope for them is that their business scales up and beyond as long as Dan is running it. And I hope people who look at reviews take the time to see this and feel safe with their decision on using them. I’m telling you, Dan will be fair every step of the way. Thank you Quack team

This was a most enjoyable and fruitful experience. Dan (the owner) and Cary (second in command) are responsible for my delightful experience. Friendly, professional and honest, they provided me with exactly what I was looking for: a dependable and amazingly priced washing machine. Gave a demonstration on how it worked to make sure I’d be happy with it and after a few more details sealed the deal. I’m grateful to know that in this day and age there are still dependable, reliable and not pushy businesses. Depending on your needs I strongly recommend Quack appliance sales. How that name was acquired is also adorable. 🙏🏻👍🏻😃

My husband purchased a washer online and called about delivery. They were so fast and delivered the same day! Furthermore, Tony was our technician and he was AWESOME! Not only did he help install our new washer but he took our old one. He also helped my husband with our dryer and cleaned out our ducts and taught us how to maintain it since we shared our issues with our dryer. Honestly, it was such a professional experience and my husband was so pleased with everything. So thank you! We were worried about spending too much money but this place was so affordable and really fast with their service! 10/10 experience!
