Went to the showroom on January 24 during posted business hours only to be refused access by a Daniel (according to name tag). He was rude and shoved my wife and I out of the door. He said they needed to go home and prepare their homes for the storm. He was rude and he shoved my wife. He is clearly damaged and should never be working with the public.

Shona Begg is at the top of her game when it comes to teaching, inspiring, and educating whomever walks into her learning center. Note: there is no point of sale aspect to this place, so it is purely for teaching and familiarization; they are the Harvard of the kitchen world, and Shona is the department chair. Amazing place.

We stopped by without an appointment and were welcomed right away. Anthony helped us and was awesome. He is super knowledgeable and engaging. He showed us the Thermador induction cooktops and ovens, and made sure we actually got to try things ourselves instead of just watching. We really appreciated how thorough he was in answering all our questions. We also walked around the Bosch and Gaggenau areas, and the staff there checked in on us to make sure we had help if we needed it. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth stopping by if you’re exploring appliances(:
