Great experience! Fast, seamless response and scheduling, professional staff, and prompt diagnosis and fix. Javier listened to my explanation of symptoms and quickly found the problem. He explained the culprit and showed me how to check or fix it in the future if i noticed the problem starting again and I wanted to try to do it myself. Royal is our go-to for any and all appliance problems!

Unfortunately, we were recommended to use Royal Appliance, and it didn't turn out well. Their pricing is not transparent and honest. We had contacted them regarding a repair needed for our refrigerator. I understand the charge to discover the issue and any labor, but when the repair person had to return with a $12 part, none of the pricing was disclosed as to the cost of the fix. I understand needing to make money, but also not disclosing that the labor cost was going to be well over $100 on top of the amount we had already paid seemed to be a bit much. Clearly, it became our responsibility to have asked how much everything was going to be to fix the issue, but we never dreamed that it would be nearly $300 for a 30 minute job. Adding insult to injury, the repair person left trash and also did not put all the refrigerator components back. When my husband called to inquire about the charges that seemed excessive, he was met with an unfriendly customer service rep who was very unapologetic. We strive to support our local small businesses, but this one isn't making the cut at this point. Good luck to whoever uses them in the future.

When your washing machine acts up and you have a service warranty through Lowe’s, what do you do? Call Lowe’s, and when they ask who you want to service your machine, tell them Royal Appliance and Repair. I have no idea how much Lowe’s paid for the service call, but when you get a repair man like Javier, he is worth every penny. He was polite, knew what he was doing, and by getting the parts he needed quickly, the repair was done the very next day. I highly recommend them.
