I’ve purchased from this store twice now. First time was a refrigerator that stopped working after about 2 weeks. They brought me a replacement since I was still within my warranty. It’s still kicking, so I decided to go with them again on a washer/dryer set. Well…exactly 31 days after purchasing the washer started knocking so hard I thought it was going to come through the wall! We were 1 day past our warranty so they wouldn’t fix. I ordered the parts (suspension rods) and fixed myself. Started working fine for a day. Now…it’s not washing at all. It’s just a piece of junk that they spray painted and fixed enough to last through their warranty.

They sold me an oven under warranty that didn't work. I made several attempts to get it fixed but they seem to never have a "good English speaker" when you have a complaint. They've lied to me about coming out to get it multiple times. The warranty is almost up and nothing on their part has been done & I'm stuck with an oven that I've never gotten to use. Do not give this place your business. They will overcharge you, their customer service is terrible, the appliances are subpar at best, and if you don't speak Spanish they will take advantage

Sold us a broken fridge. Mold on handles. They weren’t attached so we didn’t see until they delivered it. Then when it got here the plug was completely broken. Like the prongs completely broken off. They said they would come and replace it, waited 8 hours and they never showed up. Wouldn’t answer our calls or anything anymore. Seriously, avoid at all costs

Purchased new air conditioner. When box was opened it did not have the filter or remote control. Returned to store to get the items and was told I had to bring the entire air conditioner back to exchange it. Then was told I was given the wrong air conditioner for price. Said they would replace whenever they come to the Longview area. Still has not happened. So I'm stuck with a air conditioner with no filter.
