My aunt told me to come here for appliances instead of going to a big box store and wow I didn’t even know this place was in Longview, but I was very impressed from the first phone call. They were very straightforward into the point with pricing and all-around professional and great to deal with. I don’t think I will ever buy any appliances from another big box store again. Support local and before you get your items, they test them out in their store to make sure that they are working properly, no leaks, etc. I was highly impressed.

Wonderful people. Great customer service. Just bought a new microwave and may be needing a new refrigerator.

After a poor experience with a big box retailer when buying a new range, I decided to shop local and I was not disappointed. As long as Moseley's is in business, they have my business. Back story: I ordered a range from Lowe's online. This was after waiting 30 minutes for their in-store sales rep to hand me his phone to read about the features of the range I wanted when I asked him a question (for real? I have access to Google, too). The range died 48 hours after delivery. I arranged an exchange, but Lowe's messed up my redelivery by rescheduling the haul away of the original for the day after the delivery of the new stove. Who can be off three days in a week for their 8a-8p delivery/pickup window? I had to contact customer service 4 times in all of this fiasco. They also charged out the rear for delivery, install, and haul away (see price comparison below). In contrast, at Moseley's, Mark was very kind, friendly, and upfront about pricing and delivery. He was knowledgeable about the products he was selling (unlike the Lowe's rep) because he's been selling and servicing appliances for 50 years. He also delivered, installed (except for the anti-tip), and provided the range cord FOR FREE the very next day. I think he said haul away was included, too, but I didn't need it by then. In comparison, Lowe's charged $29 for delivery, $39 for the range cord (if you want their "free" installation; PS, that cord probably costs them $5), and $50 for haul away. Don't be fooled by the worn-down storefront and think that those shiny big box retailers can offer you a better experience. Mark handles his business old school; with respect, a handshake, and delivering on his promises. No hidden fees, no gotchas, and no warm bodies just taking up space on the sales floor. Thank you, Mark, for one heck of a shopping experience.

EVERY appliance (washers, dryers, ovens, deep freezers, refrigerators, microwaves) we have purchased for our home since we moved to Longview Texas in 1972, has been from Mosley Appliances! They are a family owned business that offers honest service as well as thorough information regarding each model/brand sold at their business. They are very candid as to drawbacks as well as benefits of each item available. I would, and have, encourage anyone in the market for a new appliance to visit this business.

When it was time to buy a new washer, I read reviews, checked prices, visited the big box stores, then went to check smaller local appliance stores to compare prices on the off chance I'd find a steal. Moseley's prices were exactly in line with the big box stores, but their customer service is what really hooked me. The salesman was able to go into great detail on the different features of the washers that I'd narrowed my search to. He laid out what features best fit my needs for the best value. I left feeling confident that I was getting exactly the washer I needed.
