Mr Appliance

I moved in a house that had a Sub-Zero that is 34.5 years old! It was making a somewhat loud noise off and on, and was getting getting quite warm-hot by the condenser area. I called Mr Appliance to have my refrigerator cleaned and inspected. The cleaning resolved the heat issue and the identified a bad fan was in the refrigerator area, which turning on and off. They charged me $150 for the cleaning, inspection, and identification of the fan issue. I paid another $280 for a new fan, old fan removal, and new fan installation. Total cost was $430, which is reasonable since they come in from Tyler to my house in Longview. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Mr Appliance!

Scheduling the appointment was super easy!!! Then I got a text the day before providing a window of time when service person would arrive. Patrick arrived within the window went straight to work, immediately got my washer to do things I hadn't been able to get it to do, and got it to work without any repairs (just messing with the buttons and getting them to work properly). He said it appears the motherboard is going out and provided me with an estimate of the cost of replacing it. It didn't take him long at all to find the problem and get the washer to working. I was impressed with his communication and concern. I have already recommended Mr. Appliance to the residents of my community via one of our FaceBook pages. I'll definitely use Mr. Appliance of East Texas the next time I need appliance repairs!!!!

I cannot recommend Daniel and Mr. Appliance enough! All my communications with the company were handled quickly and professionally. My technician, Daniel, was knowledgeable, courteous, and so very patient and nice. He diagnosed the issue, gave me the cost, ordered the part, and after the install my refrigerator is working perfectly! Just a great experience. Thank you!

Very professional group of folks! All that I had talked to with Mr. Appliance were very polite and caring. Customer service is outstanding! Great attention and care went into diagnosing the problem. They were very prompt in ordering parts and scheduling all repairs. Nicholas worked diligently in finding the root cause and all issue's as well as repairs in fixing the problems with our washing machine. Very very hard working nice pleasant young man.

Tech showed up as promised, Nicholas. He was sharp, knew what he was doing, in short ordered narrowed down the fault to control panel circuit card. I would recommend Nicholas 100%. While not Mr Appliance fault, the circuit card had to be ordered, at least a week more delay. Plus the total cost for repair was almost as much as a new washer. Finally, this was a known failure problem from GE. My $900+ washer is less than three years old. GE limited warrenty for one year. My opinion is GE should back their products better, especially for a known high rate failure issue. Again, Mr Applience did a really good job in a timely manner. Their technician was excelleresearch. Price to come to my home and evaluate the failure, recommend best repair is reasonable. Replacement parts are expensive. If you need repairs for home appliances, I highly recommend them. But repairs are expensive, do your reseach.
