I wish there was a 0 star option. Boulevard Home in St. George has been nothing short of disappointing. Don’t let the beautiful show room and presentation of their products deceive you. We bought multiple appliances and a bed frame from them and have had problems with all of them. The lid on our Midea washing machine has snapped off 3 times and we've had to replace it each time. Their service guy came out to look at it this last time it broke off and he said we have to purchase a whole new top piece of the washing machine ($468) as they don't sell just the lid anymore. We also had our brand new bed frame snap in the middle of the night sending us crashing onto the floor. It took 3 deliveries to get a new bed frame in decent condition. We are extremely disappointed in their customer service department for not handling any of our issues since "it is out of warranty" now. We were told that they have them same vendor as Ashley Furniture, but we have never had an issue with the quality of furniture from Ashley. We will be taking our business elsewhere and hope everyone else does the same.
I will shout out Blake their service repair man and Steve their salesman for being helpful.
