There is nothing worse than your packed refrigerator breaking down without warning especially over the weekend when most service providers are unavailable. I took a leap of faith and called Appliance Pros and while they weren’t available to come out on Sunday, they were able to come out on Monday morning. Jay was knowledgeable and kind while I evaluating the unfortunately the compressor was the issue and would need to be replaced. From there Jay worked with me to identify the best option, he investigated warranties, working on getting the replacement parts quickly and returning within 2 days to get my fridge back in working order all while stay in contact to confirm next steps. I can’t say enough about how refreshing it was to receive this level of customer service. Thank you for everything!

They were able to service my washer next day. We have a stacked washer/dryer so I assumed it would’ve taken a lot longer but they were in and out in 2 hours! My washer wasn’t draining and was pooling water in the drum. They took down my dryer and took apart my washer to find the source of the issue. He was very communicative and friendly. And he was very respectful of our space/house. Even when my dog would bark and get annoying (my dog is scared of everyone/everything).
