I have been using wass mitad for nearly ten years. The first two lasted for almost 4 years each. The last one I bought did not last long. During this last I also purchased for my friend as well. Both of them served a little more than a year. Simililarly, my other friend has the same issue. This is insane! Now that wass mitad is famous and well known around the globe, and your product is trash.

I strongly advise against getting your phone or laptop repaired here. They are completely unreliable, overcharge for their services, and fail to properly fix the issues. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones, leaving your device in worse condition than before. Their pricing is deceptive, and they find ways to charge you more than initially quoted. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs.

The guy who own this business doesnt resolve issues. We ordered 2 mitad gril Back in August and one of them is missing the part to handle the cover lid. Called and text and he asked for the reciept and we text him but no response or replacement. He may not like negative comment and will say it is a compettitor who write him negative comment. If necessary I will post screen shot of our conversation. He probably sent the lid without the handle purposely because we ordered 2 just to sell his incomplete inventory. People be aware of this incompetent negligent man.
