I have always relied on Bray and Scarff for my appliances. The prices are good and the staff is friendly. They keep records of my previous purchases so that my old appliances can easily be replaced with newer models. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yes, I had a very positive experience with Ciera a couple days ago I found her to be extremely professional via a phone conversation I had with her about an appliance my husband and I were purchasing. My experience working with Ciera was exceptional and only took a few minutes to select the model for a Microwave as they had it in stock😊 My experience with Bray and Scarff was almost too easy we made our selection within minutes and extremely happy.

Sales manager at the U.S. Route 1 (Richmond highway) bray & scarf store in Alexandria Fairfax county was very helpful. Answered questions about the dishwashers and their relative merits. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products showing us the merits of the various models. We have not yet gotten delivery but previous experiences at this store have been positive.
