When searching for a high quality mastic sealant for my ductwork in the garage, Versa Grip 181was highly recommended. I used it as soon as it arrived and it has been a huge improvement to the builder quality brand that was used on our new home. We used to live in Lynchburg, Va. before moving to Florida and Ferguson was always my local “go-to” for any high quality home repair/upgrade part or product. They were always great to deal with, so when they popped up online as having this sealant in stock (while also out pricing the competition), I didn’t hesitate to purchase it from them. I was not expecting it to arrive as quickly as it did, but it was literally a two-day shipping time and packaged with care. My sister and I went to Ferguson in Lynchburg to look for a new vanity for her bathroom. There were 2 girl associates at the front desk who were 2 of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I wish I would’ve gotten their names but one was blonde with a nose ring and one was a brunette. My sister had very legitimate questions and the brunette kept cutting her off and telling her to check the website and not even answering the questions. She was very smug and acted like we were really bothering her by trying to give her business. When my sister would ask questions like “if I need to order how long will it take” the girls would interrupt and say it’s all on the website. And this happened multiple times. We just left and we obviously won’t be back. The vibe was very unwelcoming and the girls made it very clear that we were cramping their style and they did not want our business. Don’t waste your time going there.
