Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I tried calling the store twice, the first day I thought maybe they were too busy then the second day did the same thing. They would pick up and hung up quickly. Then I called agian and he said he would put me on hold and then they hung up on me straight away. Very rude and disrespectful people that dont even care to help you for even a minute of their precious time. Customer service is not the same as it used to be even when being polite to them their still unnecessarily rude. And I was not rude nor did I deserve that. Im sure I'm not the only person they've done that to if their that comfortable doing it in the first place. It's a shame because it was one of my favorite discount stores.

Great store for finding bargains for sure!!! A fun adventure looking at the ever changing merchandise. I can almost always find something unique at an excellent price. The Christmas supplies were especially good today. My only disappoint was the change in policy for no longer honoring the store coupons that have expired. This has been a long held tradition of the store. As I am on the email list a message would have been appreciated in advance of discontinuation.

Well, we went into Ollie's today. I have no problem with the staff or the products. It's the bathrooms that I have a problem with. Both me and my boyfriend. They smell like a barnyard. The women's restroom was smelly but fairly clean. My boyfriend said the men's room is really stinky like a barnyard also. One of the toilets has a seat on it that is broken and barely hanging on. Ollie's sells toilet seats!!!! It's an easy fix. The toilet itself is loose and wobbly and probably letting fumes from the sewer into the bathroom. We like Ollie's,but we don't have to go there.
