This was my 2nd purchase. They handle everything with perfection from the sales associate to the financing to the check out and followup on delivery. The sales person, Jessica is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the inventory. I look forward to more purchases as I establish my decor in my new home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I went to Schewels to start my search for a new mattress. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after we went over the information, I let the sales lady know we were going to think about it and wanted to just look around. She proceeded to stay on our heals the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. She chased us right out the door. I should be thankful though. We ended up getting a $1,300 mattress for $340, on sale at another store. So the one star rating is for the friendliness, knowledge, and pushing us to the competition. We're very satisfied with our purchase and stalker-free experience.

We love Schewel's! Great selections and great people. We have used a sales associate named Linda for three separate buys this year and she is top notch, as are all the others who have served us there. They have an amazing 5 year extended furniture warranty that if not used you get your money back! Honestly, it seems foolish not to shop around but with internet you can walk in knowing what you want and what the going price will likely be. Therefore, we don't even bother to shop around, it's not worth the time and hassle. We give them our highest rating! 2022 almost 2 years later and we returned and were treated the same way. They are an amazing team from the salesperson, who was Ed, to the store manager Corey, to the two young men who delivered our furniture today, on time as promised! They are simply the BEST!
