Parsons was recommended to me by a friend to get rid of an old washer and dryer I had. I called and asked if they'd be interested in taking them to refurbish and sell and the guy (Robert) said he was and wanted to come by that Saturday to pick them up. He said he'd call when he was done with a job. Saturday came and he never called. I called him back the following week and asked again if he was interested. He said no to the washer but that he was interested in the dryer. Said he was on the highway but would call me back in an hour to arrange details to pickup the dryer. That was 8 hours ago. Seems like a lot of people have trouble with this guy keeping his word and honoring what he says he'll do which for me is important for somebody who repairs things. Will never reach out to this guy again.

I called Parsons about an issue with my washing machine. The guy who answered the phone was super helpful in talking though the issue with me. He told me with the issue described I needed to get in touch with whirlpool and they could do it for free which saved me $300. I followed the directions Parsons gave me and got everything fixed for free. Thankful Parsons was so helpful and they saved me a lot of money!

Unprofessional that leaves jobs half finished. He forgot about the appointment we scheduled and told me I had to move my stuff around again to accommodate him. Then he called and said he won’t return…. He still has part of my dryer DON’T CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING. I have to call someone else, he just left it like this
