The service at Hailey’s was really spectacular! I looked around for the 4th of July sales, and was attended to by Lacy Johnson, and she was very nice and helpful. She wasn’t pushy, which matters to me, but she answered all my questions and helped me to get the best deals possible on the final products I chose. They’ll also hold the appliances in storage for me until the renovations on my house are at the stage where appliances can be installed, which is amazing.

Jonathan and his team went above and beyond in providing great customer service. They were able to provide guidance on which washer and dryer met our specific needs and even better, that fit us into a very tight delivery and install window. We had a great experience with the total transactions. We were helped by an excellent customer service person who gave us all the information and details we needed. Our dryer died and we needed one real soon. There was a cancellation and we were able to get it installed within two days. The delivery men were very helpful and did an amazing job. Very impressed with the entire process. We highly recommend that you check them out first. This is an appliance dealership with no side businesses like a lot of the other places that their appliances are a side business! We will call on them for our next service or appliance needs.
