Unbelievably professional service every step of the way in delivering and setting up our new washer. I was informed by text and email about our pending delivery, days before it arrived. The day before delivery, I received notice of the time window for delivery. The morning of delivery, I received notice confirming arrival. Thirty minutes before arrival, I was notified that the driver would be here in approximately 30 minutes and he was right on time. They moved the old washer out, brought there new one in, connected the hoses and leveled the washer. Extremely polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Albert Lee gets my vote for the place to buy an appliance.

The team that delivered my Speed Queen were very professional & helpful. They explained when I had questions.& helped me since Iʻm disabled & use a walker to get around. They were also very careful with the doorways & woodwork in the house. They alleviated my stress with kindness & should get a raise. They were wonderful.🌺

Sales person was professional and let me take my time, she set us up for delivery fast. Was able to track truck on the delivery day so I knew exactly where and what time they were showing up. Took their time re-measuring the space and confirming with me that I am good with the size, then carefully installed and removed the old appliance. VERY Great to work with all around! Do recommend.

Albert Lee Appliance recently helped me replace my refrigerator on short notice. The salesperson, Daniel, was very helpful in finding the right replacement at the right price. The next day delivery was amazing and the delivery crew, City and Dominic, were so professional, efficient, helpful and kind! The delivery was on time, with updates on arrival. I just got my new refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom. The guys that delivered it were amazing. They were so careful and very nice and sociable. They leveled it, took off all the tape and styrofoam packaging and set it all up for me. My overall experience with Albert Lee is very positive and well above my expectations. So far the refrigerator is very quiet, which is why I needed a new one. I’m very pleased with the product.
