I bought a refrigerator there in 2018, the water filter housing door popped open and “disintegrated”, while I was charging filter. Took the difference pieces to them. And King&Bunny patiently went through the steps with me, showed me videos about how to fix filter housings and looked up filter housing part numbers and tricks for housing installations. I managed to snap the filter housing door back on, no need for replacement housing at this time. I want to shout out to King&Bunny for their excellent customer services. I know where I am going when my appliances need to be replaced.

I need to report an update on my earlier 2 star review. K & B totally made it right by getting Kitchen aid to cover the expense of the Microwave repair. $720. They followed up with me in a timely manner and arranged for the repair company to be paid directly. I really appreciate the over and above service that was provided!

Go here instead of a big box store. We had to get a fridge fast because our very old one finally blew out one day. The salesman was great. No nonsense, good insights in making our choice. Held us a spot for the soonest delivery which was only 2 days. Everything was absolutely smooth. The delivery guys were great too. They ended up having to take for a small shelf to get the old fridge out, but it was no trouble for them and everything was left exactly how they found it. Looking forward to buying our next appliance here when it comes time.

Over the years we have received fantastic service, excellent quality products at a fair price, and have always been greeted with smiles by confident, skilled, and knowledgeable staff. We just finished our new construction and needed appliances. King and Bunnies saved the day. We cannot thank you all enough💙🙏 August 2020
