I have worked with Metropolitan Appliance for many home remodels and have always had an exceptional experience, from receiving initial proposals from Margaret Robey through final delivery and installation. Margaret is consistently helpful whenever I have questions or need to make changes to product selections. The delivery and installation team, Juan and Marcos, were also excellent at their jobs.

I had a top notch experience with Metropolitan Appliance. I knew which fridge I wanted already so price was good and purchase was easy, but install was not. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Rolando and Jose on the install, they went above and beyond and eventually we made it work. They are all around solid guys. They were friendly, careful with the appliance and while moving through my home, technically skilled, and hard working. 100% will use this company again without hesitation.

Needed a new fridge immediately and Metropolitan Appliance came through next day — salesperson, Dan, on the phone was professional, quick, and so helpful. The delivery folks, Anthony and Brandon, were very efficient, professional, and so clean and detailed. It was nice to not go to Home Depot or Costco for this; in a time when the internet and big box retailers dominate, this whole process felt human in the best way. I highly recommend, and will be going to them for my future appliance purchases & installs! Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend Metropolitan Appliance. Artemio and his installation team did a great job and made sure everything was installed correctly. I originally bought the same washer and dryer from Costco, but they sent three different installation teams and none of them could complete the installation. Metropolitan Appliance may be a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the installation team made it well worth it.

Fast, efficient, friendly! Delivered, old unit removed, and new one installed within the 2 hour window they specified. The old dishwasher was a challenge, as the kitchen cabinets were custom work, and the space was tight. But they seemed to have no problems at all. They even cleaned up afterwards - after testing everything! I'm very impressed: from the knowledgeable sales staff, to the installation guys, it was a Class Act the whole way. 😊 ADDENDUM: a minor issue happened with the electrical outlet, but Ned was sent out the next day and fixed it within a few minutes. AWESOME Customer Service! 😊
