I ordered a Maytag dishwasher in mid May and still have no dishwasher. A broken one was delivered, and they could not get me another unit for two more weeks. No price reduction or even an apology! We used Albert Lee for our first big home renovation and were hoping to use them for the next one. We will be looking elsewhere.

Got a new induction oven from Albert Lee and had the best experience every step of the way. Mello and Aaron delivered our new unit and were super professional and friendly. They worked extra diligently to line up the new unit with our countertops, and offered suggestions for every question we had. If you are lucky enough to get them as your delivery crew, you’re in great hands.

There is tons of parking on the street because the construction company reserved it yet every time you deliver appliances to the new build your drivers choose to block my driveway. This is at least the 5th time I have had to yell at your people to stop blocking my driveway. It is absolutely ridiculous

Great service, they were very prompt although several of us showed up at the same time. We bought the Electrolux W/D set. Delivery was awesome, totally set up and both running when they left completed. Highly recommend!! Renae Martin at Elliot location was awesome!

These guys were super helpful over the phone, I got a new washer and dryer set on sale and they set up delivery and hauling away my old set within the week. They even answered all of my dumb questions very patiently!
