The installation of our new dryer went very smoothly. The skilled team made small adjustments to fit it into a very small space with the existing washer and reversed the hinge on the dryer door. They reinstalled the folding closet doors to operate more smoothly than before. They were professional, friendly and it was a surprisingly quiet operation!

I was disappointed with my experience at Arnold’s Appliance. I went into the store looking for help choosing a kitchen ventilation solution and had high hopes after reading the positive reviews. We were not very familiar with what we needed, which is exactly why we came in person hoping for advice and recommendations. I understand this may be a complicated replacement and that the model number of our current unit may be helpful or even necessary. My frustration is that instead of explaining the process or giving us helpful next steps, the interaction felt dismissive and not very consultative. Even after we shared the specs we had, the person helping us mostly kept telling us to find the model number, without offering much guidance on possible options. At one point, he said something along the lines of, “This is very hard, otherwise everyone would replace it,” which made us feel dismissed rather than helped. The reason we came into the store was because we didn’t know exactly what to look for and wanted expert advice. Overall, I left Arnold’s feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was hoping for a more helpful, consultative experience. Afterward, we went to another appliance store with the same information, and they were able to give us a few clear options on what to buy and explain what our next steps should be.

I'm so thankful for this wonderful local business. We got great advice figuring out the best Speed Queen washer-dryer for our son's house, Alan is deeply knowledgeable about every appliance and patiently walked us through each option as if he were picking it out for himself. The delivery team went above and beyond in delivery and installation (even with a complicated home entry there wasn't a scratch) and for a small fee they even helped move the old washer to our basement and got it all set up. Their pricing is fair and competitive. There's no reason to go to a big box store when the experience and quality are so much better at Arnold's and the prices are the same or better too.
