They were fantastic. Not only did they work with my price range for a new fridge after ours stopped working, but they found us the nicest one I've ever had. When we got it home we realized a few of the bolts to attached the handles were missing, and all I had to do was call them and they found some for us and set them aside. Fantastic customer service and they're more than willing to go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I'll 100% be going back for any other appliances i need in the future.

I had an outstanding experience working with John Kang, the manager at this appliance store. I originally purchased a dishwasher, and after some time it began making noise. When I reached out, John didn’t hesitate to step in and take care of the situation. Not only did he replace the unit without any hassle, but he went above and beyond by upgrading me to a better brand at no extra cost. That level of customer service is rare these days. Great deals and wonderful customer service! Lino has spent a lot of time helping me figure out what I need and want after I had a flood at home that made me have to get some new appliances and an unplanned remodel. Lino is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm SO excited about my Electrolux washer and dryer! He special ordered it and thought it would take a couple weeks, but then he worked some magic and got it to me in less than a week! The delivery and installation guys were great too. I will be calling Lino again when my kitchen is ready for appliances soon.

Lino is respectful of your time and prompt to help you refine your search and weigh your options. I was in and out of the store in what felt like no time at all, and had my dishwasher installed and running nearly silently the next day. P.s.
